Reading your summary
Each band reports heard clearly, weak, or not heard, plus any distortion found. Weak treble after water exposure is common and often improves with Deep Clean. Crackling at several unrelated frequencies points more toward debris or hardware than toward water.

Which frequencies are tested?
125, 250 and 500 Hz (bass), 1 kHz (voice), and 2, 4 and 8 kHz (treble). Each tone also asks whether it sounded clean, crackling, or rattling.
I can't hear 8 kHz. Is my speaker broken?
Not necessarily — it may be your hearing, the room, or the volume. What matters most is the pattern: sudden drop-offs or crackling across several tones are more informative than one missing high tone.
