Water eject sound

Low-frequency speaker pulses to help move trapped water. Free, no app — generated on your device.

How to use water eject on your phone

  1. Point the speaker downward so gravity helps.
  2. Disconnect Bluetooth headphones or external speakers.
  3. Set a strong, comfortable volume — loud, but without obvious distortion.
  4. Start Water Eject and keep the speaker facing down for the 26-second cycle.
  5. Tell us if it improved: a second cycle, Deep Clean, or the speaker test comes next.

After the cycle

Better sound does not mean a wet phone is safe to charge. Follow the manufacturer's liquid-exposure guidance. If nothing changed after two cycles, run the speaker test — crackling across several frequencies can indicate debris, water, enclosure vibration, or hardware damage.

Water Eject FAQ

How long is the Water Eject cycle?

26 seconds: tones around 165 Hz, low sweeps, and pulsed bursts that move the speaker diaphragm in different ways.

Should I set volume to 100%?

No. Start at a comfortable volume, keep the speaker away from your ears, and stop if you hear harsh distortion. Higher volume does not guarantee better results.

Can I run it twice?

The tool offers one repeat before suggesting a speaker test. If sound stays muffled, check the manufacturer's drying guidance instead of repeatedly playing loud tones.

My phone was submerged. Is this enough?

No. Follow your device manufacturer's instructions for liquid exposure before using or charging it. Sound may move water near the speaker opening, but it cannot dry the inside of a phone, fix corrosion, or confirm that charging is safe.
